Never skew an image to fit a space... that's like singing way out of tune..The same goes for type... Use the crop tool to crop the image to the size you need...
Use the scallop I posted here to put your images on...
Keep the Martin Luther King the same as well as the postage amt. the same on all 4 stamps...
Make sure it is legible by choosing white type on a dark ground, etc.
